Tuna Egg Fried Rice
Tuna Egg Fried Rice. Add rice and tuna, cook 1 minute. Makes 3 to 4 servings.

Add the tuna and fry, stirring constantly, until it crumbles completely. Finally add the scrambled eggs. Add the tuna to the skillet and sauté for another minute.

Add Frozen Veg, Cook 1 Minute.
Drain the cans of tuna. Add 4 ounces of tuna on top of each bowl of eggs and rice. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
